Snow plows often cause more problems than they solve by shoving snow around.  They bury cars, block in driveways,  envelop small children in frigid masses of snow.   We have put up with it throughout the years because we do require relatively clean roads to drive, but can't we improve on the simple snow plow?  This is what I aimed to do with this concept.

The plow actually stores the snow and moves it instead of shoving it aside.  The snow travels up the plow/ramp, under the cab, and into the back of the truck.  The cab is held up by steel beams and "floats" anchored above the ramp to allow maximum visibility and the travel of snow.  Because of this, the vehicle is required to be controlled electronically for things like steering, etc.  Once the snow is inside the truck bed it is compacted into large blocks, much smaller than an uncompacted pile.  Theses blocks can be put in areas out of the way.  A certain amount could be dropped into a near by waterway and the rest can be place in areas where snow would normally be piled but at a fraction of the space.

This would prevent your neighbor across the street from hiring a plow to clean the front of her house, the plow from merely piling all the snow in front of her neighbors house, and in return him from having to hire a plow to dig himself out.

A video game controller I designed.  It's main feature is that it's 8 main buttons are accessible while leaving the thumbs on the joysticks allowing one to move and rotate the camera and press said buttons at the same time.
A stone village I painted.
