A big nasty boss monster known as Arachnarog, but sometimes called the spider dragon. Designed for a video game, the player would be exploring a cave and come to a room with a bridge like structure that has a pile of loot at the end of it. When the player moves to get it Arachnarog scuttles up on top of the bridge and knocks the player down. All in all quite a frightening experience.
